    pdb-images is a command-line tool from PDBe EMBL-EBI for generating images of macromolecular structures from mmCIF or binary CIF structure files based on Mol*.

    To list all executables provided by pdb-images, run: $ sbgrid-list pdb-images Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install pdb-images Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
