Cryosamba

  • Description

    Cryosamba is a deep learning based tool for denoising cryo-ET datasets. It is designed to accept .mrc, .rc and .tif single 3D files, or can accept a sequence of 2D.tf files if a path is provided. Requires Cuda 11 or greater

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by Cryosamba, run: $ sbgrid-list cryosamba Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install cryosamba Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
