    a general-purpose, interpreted, object oriented, high-level dynamic programming language that emphasizes code readability. Its syntax allows programmers to express concepts in fewer lines of code than would be possible in languages such as C++ or Java, thus overall, allowing programmers to work more quickly and integrate their systems more effectively. Python includes the following scientific modules: Appion, Cython, iPython Notebook, Miso, NumPy, Pandas, ProDy, pysam, SciPy, and SuperSym.
