    a program that combines installation of autoPROC, BUSTER, and SHARP available to Global Phasing consortium members.

    To list all executables provided by Global Phasing Suite, run: $ sbgrid-list global-phasing-suite Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    Users with a Global Phasing Consortium license will need to copy the license file to /programs/local/gphl/gphl_licence. Once the license file is in place the software will start working.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install global-phasing-suite Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
