  • Description

(Collaborative Computational Project for Electron cryo-Microscopy) a software framework and resulting software suite that includes tools for project and data management along with a focus on building and refinement of atomic models into cryo-EM reconstructions. The framework allows easy access to various programs and utilities from collaborators via Python task wrappers and a user-friendly graphical user interface or a command-line interface suitable for scripting.

  • Usage

To list all executables provided by CCP-EM, run: $ sbgrid-list ccp-em Copy to clipboard
  • Usage Notes

All SBGrid members must complete the CCP-EM license and return the executed document directly to the Science and Technology Facilities Council as part of United Kingdom Research and Innovation, s specified on the CCP-EM licensing page: http://www.ccpem.ac.uk/licensing/..

Version 0.9 of coot contains a bug in hardware stereo display mode. To re-enable hardware stereo, run echo "(set-display-lists-for-maps 0)" >> ~/.coot

  • Installation

Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install ccp-em Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
