    a software system containing crystallographic structure refinement using Bayesian statistical methods (BUSTER), ligand fitting (rhofit) and a fully automated pipeline (Pipedream) to drive a structure based fragment/ligand screening pathway.

  • Usage Notes

    BUSTER is included for all academic labs automatically, but users must request a license at https://www.globalphasing.com/buster/, then copy the license file to /programs/local/buster/buster_licence. Once the license file is in place the software will start working.
