Usage
To list all executables provided by autoPROC, run:$ sbgrid-list autoproc

Usage Notes
autoPROC is included for all academic labs automatically, but users must request a license at https://www.globalphasing.com/autoproc/ .
Create the directory "/programs/local/autoproc" if it does not exist. You may need a system administrator to do this. Copy the provided license file named '.licence' to /programs/local/autoproc/autoproc_licence. Note the change in filename here. Once the valid license file is in place at /programs/local/autoproc/autoproc_licence software will start working. Note the UK spelling of 'licence' which matches the provided file.
