HySS is working on Linux platfrom. You can use it by typing "phenix.hyss" command.

NMRVIEW, NMRPIPE/NMRDRAW and CCP4 installations changed

As some users reported problems when trying to run those programs, they were examined and recompiled. Problems were caused by unapropriate paths and environmental variables setting.

ungrasp utility added

We have compiled a small utility to convert GRASP surfaces to the RASTER3D format. The utility will only work under IRIX OS.

PHASER, version 1.2 installed

PHASER is a program for phasing macromolecular crystal structures with maximum likelihood methods. It has been installed along with CCP4 GUI - on Linux platform only.

ETOMO graphical interface for building single- and dual-axis tomograms has been compiled

This compilation is available for Linux platform only. Just type "etomo" after you had sourced "labcshrc" file.
