Version 0.3.1 of APBS - a software package for the numerical solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation - is installed for Linux platform. It is ready to be used from within PYMOL. Please, send any problem reports to curator@sbgrid.org

SPOCK upgraded!

IMOD, new versions installed

Two versions were installed - 3.3.5 is to run on 32-bit Linux platforms and 3.4.4 is to run on 64-bit Linux platforms. Platform on which program is to run is determined automatically via /programs/labcshrc script
