Linux GUI dependencies

The Linux GUI uses AppImage, which may require additional dependencies or configuration for your distribution (AppImage Troubleshooting), in particular FUSE2 and namespaces).

Download SBGrid Installation Manager Command-line, MacOS and Linux, v2.11.11

• sbgrid-cli_2.11.11-linux.tar.gz

• sbgrid-cli_2.11.11-macos-arm64.zip

• sbgrid-cli_2.11.11-macos.zip

You can download this tar.gz file from the Terminal. Run this command:

For Linux

curl -k -LO https://sbgrid.org/downloads/2.11.11/sbgrid-cli_2.11.11-linux.tar.gz

For macOS

curl -k -LO https://sbgrid.org/downloads/2.11.11/sbgrid-cli_2.11.11-macos.zip

This will prevent the need to remove the com.apple.quarantine attribute.
