xds-zcbf

  • Description

    XDS plugin for fast reading of cbf.gz files. The plugin eliminates the need for multiple file system accesses by way of direct calls to zlib. Please, note that XDS itself does read cbf.gz files also without this plugin.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by xds-zcbf, run: $ sbgrid-list xds_zcbf Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    To activate the plugin, run enable_xds-zcbf.sh /path/to/XDS.INP or add /programs/x86_64-linux/xds_zcbf/383fa40c/lib/xds-zcbf.so to your XDS.INP file

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install xds_zcbf Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
