Description

(Subtomogram averaging scripts with TOM toolbox or Subvolume processing scripts with the TOM toolbox) is a collection of scripts for a pipeline for subvolume alignment and averaging of electron cryo-tomography data.
Usage
To list all executables provided by subTOM, run: $ sbgrid-list subtom
Installation
Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install subtom Available operating systems: Linux 64
