slabpick

    is a collection of tools to facilitate particle picking and curation from 2D projections of tomography data from either slabs (projected slices through the full tomogram) or minislabs (projections of per-particle subvolumes).

    To list all executables provided by slabpick, run: $ sbgrid-list slabpick Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install slabpick Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
