    Plugin for Napari to select a connected component from a Membrain-seg segmentation.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by Napari-SegSelect, run: $ sbgrid-list napari-segselect Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    The command "napari-segselect" will launch a Napari instance with the plugin SegSelect. To use the SegSelect plugin, go to "Plugins" > "Select Label (SegSelect)" in the Napari Menus. Please note that this is not the full Napari version provided in SBGrid.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install napari-segselect Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
