MDCatch

  • Description

    is a simple app to fetch acquisition metadata from a EPU session or SerialEM. It parses the first found xml/mdoc/mrc/tif file (from EPU/SerialEM) associated with a data collection session and launches Relion 4 or Scipion 3 pipeline.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by MDCatch, run: $ sbgrid-list mdcatch Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install mdcatch Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
