    Leopard-EM (Location & oriEntatiOn of PARticles found using two-Dimensional tEmplate Matching) is a python package for running two-dimensional template matching (2DTM) on cryo-EM images.

    To list all executables provided by Leopard-EM, run: $ sbgrid-list leopard-em Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    Version v1.2 supports CUDA capabilities sm_75 sm_80 sm_86 sm_90 sm_100 sm_120.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install leopard-em Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
