Description

Usage Notes
To use the Isonet CLI (command line), the command is: isonet.py. As this is the same command as in v0.3, to use Isonet v2 from CLI, check the version in use with: isonet.py --sbwhich If it is not the desired one, use this command to change it: echo isonet2 > ~/.sbgrid_capsule/isonet.py check: isonet.py --sbwhich more details in: https://docs.sbgrid.org/environment/capsules/?h=duplicate#sbgrid-useful-commands
