Description
ImmuneBuilder is a high-performance deep learning framework developed by the Oxford Protein Informatics Group (OPIG) specifically for predicting the 3D structures of immune receptor proteins.
By specializing in antibodies, nanobodies, and T-cell receptors (TCRs), it achieves state-of-the-art accuracy while delivering results over 100 times faster than general-purpose models like AlphaFold2.
