  • Description

    copick is a cross-platform, storage-agnostic and server-less dataset API for cryoET datasets. Access to the data is provided through an object-oriented API that abstracts away the underlying storage using the fsspec-family of libraries.

    To list all executables provided by copick, run: $ sbgrid-list copick Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install copick Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
