    To list all executables provided by PolNet, run: $ sbgrid-list polnet Copy to clipboard
  • Usage Notes

    Polnet 1.1.2: It is necessary to manually download PolNet repo to your desired location and execute it from there: mkdir "your_desired_path_to_polnet" (NOT SBGrid path on /programs/x86_64-linux/polnet); cd "your_desired_path_to_polnet" ; git clone https://github.com/anmartinezs/polnet.git ; git switch --detach v1.1.2 #go to version tag ; Run PolNet from there (after sourcing sbgrid if it is not done automatically): polnet /path_to/all_features.yaml"

    Polnet 1.0.0: jupyter.polnet notebook /path/to/notebook
