haddock-restraints

  • Description

    generates restraint files and related restraint information for HADDOCK docking workflows. It provides command-line tools for creating TBL files, true-interface restraints from PDB files, unambiguous restraints to keep molecules together during docking, interface residue lists, and Z-restraints for protein docking.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by haddock-restraints, run: $ sbgrid-list haddock-restraints Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install haddock-restraints Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64
