EPicker

  • Description

    a standalone software for particle picking in cryo-EM. It is implemented based on CenterNet, an open-source deep learning detection framework. Trained and well tested on datasets containing heterogenous particles, EPicker is able to pick particles, vesicles and fibers effectively.

    To list all executables provided by EPicker, run: $ sbgrid-list epicker Copy to clipboard

    Supports CUDA capabilities sm_37 sm_50 sm_60 sm_70 sm_75 sm_80. Requires CUDA 11.4

  • Installation
