COOT – version 0.1.2 (Linux) - The new release includes new functionality, e.g. ‘Least-squares Fit’ and ‘Move Molecule Here’ GUIs and provides many fixes. * You can use other versions by including the version statement in your ~/.versions file, e.g. setenv COOT_L 0.1.0 will configure coot version 0.1.0 instead of the default version. You will need to re-source /programs/labcshrc for the changes to take effect.
