The following new installs, updates and fixes will be pushed this Friday March 1, 2006 to all member machines:

AFFECTED APPLICATIONS:

1) CCP4 6.0 - Linux, OS X
UPDATE TYPE: UPDATE
NOTES: CCP4 6.0 will be available on member systems. The default value for CCP4 will remain 5.0.2 to give users time to report any problems with the new version. CCP4 6.0 will become the default on (or after) April 3, 2006.
USER ACTION REQUIRED: To use the new version of CCP4 immediately please edit (or create) a .versions file in your home directory adding the line (do not include comments in parentheses):

setenv CCP4_L 6.0.0 (linux)
setenv CCP4_M 6.0.0 (mac)

2) HKL2000 692i - Linux, OS X
UPDATE TYPE: UPDATE
NOTES: HKL2000 has been updated to version 692i.
