Abstract:
PARTICLE is a software package for single-particle EM image processing. It provides an integrated computing environment with comprehensive data analysis and data visualization functions for particle selection, particle classification, 3D reconstruction and model evaluation. The program is available at www.image-analysis.net/EM. At the seminar, I will discuss the architectural design of the package and novel data analysis functions with a live application demo.
