Abstract:
The automated data reduction system xia2, which makes use of existing MX data analysis software including Labelit, Mosflm, XDS, Scala and tools from the CCP4 suite to process X-ray diffraction data, will be presented, focussing on:
Examples of the use of xia2 with native, SAD, MAD and small molecule data sets will be discussed with advice on interpreting the output and optimising the analysis. Finally the plans for future direction of xia2 development will be described with the opportunity for user feedback.
