You can learn more about the SBGrid Consortium by reading our eLIFE paper and the About/What We Do section of our website. Here you will also find a list of current SBGrid members and advisory board members, many of whom you may already know.

Please note that SBGrid supports software used for X-ray crystallography, 2D crystallography, NMR, EM, tomography, and many other experimental techniques used in structural biology research. Consortium membership is focused on structural biology laboratories, but membership options are available for academic/non-profit groups as well as those in industry.

To request a membership packet, which will include a quote and details about how to join SBGrid, please complete the Request Information form on the right and one of our associates will contact you to answer your questions and advise you on the computational requirements needed to deploy SBGrid support at your site. Once hardware is in place, most new members are fully operational with SBGrid within 2 weeks of joining.
