SBGrid provides remote and on site system administration support for software installation and troubleshooting for the Miller Lab. Lab workstations are managed by lab administrators.

Lab members can access the SBGrid software tree remotely and run jobs on Zorin, a 32-core GPU compute node that SBGrid manages.

For general questions, email SBGrid at help@sbgrid.org and include your name and the name of your lab. Email questions about your software installation to bugs@sbgrid.org.

New lab members should contact help@sbgrid.org to complete their initial setup.

Technical support for office computing or networking is provided by the MGH IT service desk.
