Overview

At the Miller lab, SBGrid provides system administration support for software installation and troubleshooting, remotely and on site. Existing lab workstations are managed by lab admins.

Computing

Members of the lab have remote access to the SBGrid software tree and can run jobs on Zorin which is a 32-core GPU compute node managed by SBGrid.

If you need access, please contact help@sbgrid.org](mailto:help@sbgrid.org).

Get Help

Email the SBGrid at help@sbgrid.org and please include the name of your Lab as we get many emails each day and don’t always know what Lab you're a member of.

For support with SBGrid software please email bugs@sbgrid.org.

Other technical support for office computing or networking is provided by MGH IT service desk.
