The Structural Biology Grid at Harvard Medical School (SBGrid) is a computing collaboration of more than 250 X-ray crystallography, NMR, and electron microscopy laboratories. We support over 100 academic institutions in 23 countries around the world. SBGrid is led by Professor Piotr Sliz and divided into two groups: ARC and Consortium

  • Configures, maintains, and supports SBGrid ARC member workstations and servers.
  • Offers data and network security advice and audits

SBGrid Consortium

  • Specialized support for a large collection of structural biology software.
  • Unified computing environment for all members.
  • First tier support for software bugs and application recommendations.
