Welcome to the SBGrid Core Wiki

This site provides information on the services provided by the SBGrid Core Group at Harvard Medical School. The SBGrid Core provides Research Computing Systems support to SBGrid Core Member Labs.

If you are a part of a Member Lab please see the links on the sidebar on the right for information regarding the support, services, and systems we provide for your Lab. If your unsure if we can assist please email us at help@sbgrid.org and we will do our best to assist you, or find out whom should assit you.

The Structural Biology Grid at Harvard Medical School (SBGrid) is a computing collaboration of more than 140 X-ray crystallography, NMR and electron microscopy laboratories. We're a support organization that helps more than 50 academic institutions and 3 pharmaceutical companies in 11 countries with their research computing needs. The SBGrid organization is led by Professor Piotr Sliz and divided into two groups:
