starfile

  • Description

    a Python implementation of the STAR file format designed principally for compatibility with RELION format STAR files. It allows STAR files to be created and opened easily using a very simple API, exposing data blocks as pandas DataFrame objects.

    To list all executables provided by starfile, run: $ sbgrid-list starfile Copy to clipboard

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install starfile Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
