  • Description

    (Sequence Read Archive Toolkit) a collection of tools and libraries for using data in the INSDC Sequence Read Archives.

  • Usage

    To list all executables provided by SRA Toolkit, run: $ sbgrid-list sra-toolkit Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    Each user must run: vdb-config -i before using any sratoolkit commands.

    This configuration tool creates a config file in $HOME/.ncbi.

  • Installation

    Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install sra-toolkit Copy to clipboard Available operating systems: Linux 64, OS X INTEL
