SBGrid provides remote and on site system administration support for software installation and troubleshooting. Lab workstations are managed by lab administrators.
Lab members can access the SBGrid software tree remotely and run jobs on Zorin, a 32-core GPU compute node that SBGrid manages.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request access.
New lab members should contact email@example.com to complete their initial setup.
Technical support for office computing or networking is provided by the MGH IT service desk.
