    a program suite used to create atomistic models of molecular systems and to compare scattering data from these models directly to experimental data.

    To list all executables provided by SASSIE, run: $ sbgrid-list sassie Copy to clipboard

  • Usage Notes

    SASSIE is available in the SBGrid suite in two different variations, with (SASSIE+)and without (SASSIE) courtesy modules. The courtesy modules include applications that are part of ATSAS, which has additional licensing requirements.
