randomize

Description

a small tool to randomize phases of a 3D map in a given resolution zone. The randomization can be used to test bias in the refinement of atomic models into a map.
Usage
To list all executables provided by randomize, run: $ sbgrid-list randomize
Installation
Use the following command to install this title with the CLI client: $ sbgrid-cli install randomize Available operating systems: Linux 64
